Loginov, in the 43rd minute - D. Shostak. In the 57th minute, trying to keep order on the pitch, the referee gave a warning to D. Skorko. In the second half both teams made crucial substitutions, trying to change the dynamics of the game. The first substitution for Veres took place on 67th minute, when S. Vovchenko was replaced by Y. Shevchenko. Soon Oleksandriya responded with the first substitution - V. Pogorilyi replaced A. Kulakov. In the 69th minute Oleksandriya made two more substitutions: Geovani replaced Juan Alvina and K. Sigeev replaced A. Kulakovskiy.
Rivne Veres also made two substitutions in the 80th minute: M. Gaiduchik replaced V. Hakman, and Iago Siqueira replaced A. Bliznichenko. The deadlock was finally broken in the 84th minute, when Juan Alvina hit the net, delighting the fans and putting Alexandria ahead. This goal energised the hosts, who were looking to turn the tide throughout the game. However, the last minutes of the match were not without drama. In the 85th minute, D. Balan, a player of Veres from Rovno, received a yellow card, adding to the number of warnings in a game that had many sharp moments. Both teams made further substitutions to keep the advantage or equalise. In the 87th minute Oleksandriya replaced R. Plaksa with A. Kravchenko. Kravchenko, and for Veres on 89 minutes O. Kucherenko replaced D. Svitukha. Svitukha. The visitors also made two substitutions: V. Sharay replaced R. Kovalyuk, and in the end of the match in the 90th minute M. Shevchenko received a yellow card. After the final whistle of the referee "Alexandria" celebrated a difficult victory, which allowed it to rise in the standings. It was a difficult and tense duel between two Premier League teams, in which "Alexandria" utilised its chances and won a confident victory over "Veres" from Rovno with the score 1:0. The match demonstrated the competitive nature of Ukrainian football and made fans look forward to the next round of the competition.
