The official website of the Ukrainian Premier League has completed the traditional poll to determine the best in the Ukrainian championship at the end of the month: in this case - at the end of October.
Photo - upl.uaThis time the best player of the UPL was the striker of Zhytomyr "Polesya" Beni Makuana, who got 53.8% of votes. He was competing with Oleg Kozhushko (Kryvbas) - 18.4% of votes, Andriy Shtogrin (Chornomorets) - 17.2% and Oleksiy Gutsulyak (Dnipro-1) - 10.6%.
In the poll for the best UPL coach in September, the winner was Yuriy Kalitvintsev, the coach of Polesya, who got 52.5% of votes. He was ahead of Yuriy Vernidub (Kryvbas) - 29.6% of votes and Yuriy Maksimov (Dnipro-1) - 17.9%.
We would like to add that the determination of the best player and coach of the month is held in two stages. First, representatives of Ukrainian sports websites and UPL partners name their contenders in both nominations. According to the results of these data are determined four best players and coaches of the month. At the second stage, an open poll is held on the official website of the UPL, in which everyone can vote for both the player and the coach.
