Italy's head coach Luciano Spalletti has called up two players to the national team for the Euro 2024 qualifying matches. This is reported by the official website of the Italian Football Federation.
It is reported that Spalletti decided to call up two defenders: Manuel Lazzari (Lazio) and Cristiano Biragi (Fiorentina), as it had previously become known that goalkeeper Alex Meret, defenders David Calabria and Rafael Toloi, as well as midfielder Manuel Locatelli would miss this training camp due to injuries.
The Italian national team will play against Northern Macedonia on 17 November in Rome, and will play a match against the Ukrainian national team on 20 November in Leverkusen, Germany.
