Serhii Rebrov's wards continue their training in Gdansk, Poland, where they have already gathered in full force. Vladyslav Dubinchak, a newcomer to the national team, shared his impressions of the training process.

"We often talk about the national team when the guys return from their training camp. They tell us what the atmosphere is like there. That's why I've wanted to come here for a long time - it's my childhood dream. I am very glad to be here, I want to work with inspiration. It's a bit unexpected, but I'm very happy to have received this challenge. I hope to justify the coach's trust.

My competitors in the national team? Of course, I know them. This is my old team-mate Vitalii Mykolenko. We were together in the Dynamo youth team. When he was in the first team, I played on loan. He's a great guy, I'm just happy for him that he plays in such a strong championship. I hope I can compete with him, and we'll see.

I watched all the matches of the Ukrainian national team, including the away game against Italy. It's a very good, strong team. They have players who don't need to be mentioned, they play at the world level. I hope we can beat them and qualify for the Euros.

Our legionnaires are progressing, showing results, scoring, giving assists. This inspires those who are currently playing in the Ukrainian league and also want to get into a strong championship.

As for Mykolenko's scoring streak, I'm happy for Vitaliy. He is a great player. The fact that he is scoring is an indicator of his labour. He works hard. I haven't had a chance to talk to him yet, but I will definitely tell him that he is doing well.

We haven't talked to the coach yet. I think we will talk to him later. So far, there was a theory. Everyone knows Serhii Rebrov, he is a well-known specialist, I really wanted to work with him," said Vladyslav Dubinchak.

It will be recalled that the Euro 2024 qualifying match between the national teams of Ukraine and Italy will take place on 20 November in Leverkusen, Germany, at the BayArena stadium (starting at 21:45 Kyiv time).
