The defender of Croatian side Osijek, Aleksandar Drambaev, shared his plans for the future.
- What are your plans for the future, would you like to stay in Europe or return to the UPL?
- Of course, I want to stay in Europe because the championships here are much better. I would really like to play in Spain, I like the style of La Liga. I will work hard to get there.
- In Girona?
- I can go to Girona or any other team, the main thing is that it's Spain.
- Dovbyk and Tsygankov are on fire at Girona, they could bring you up to speed.
- If they do, it will be great(laughs).
- Have you played for the youth and youth national teams of Ukraine or are you thinking about getting into the main team?
- Getting into the national team is my childhood dream, like every footballer. This is the pinnacle of a career.
- Do you think it's possible to get a call-up to the national team from the Croatian league?
- I think it is. You need to show a good and stable game to get into the sights of the national team's head coach.
- Are you ready to compete with Mykolenko and Zinchenko, who can also play on the left in defence?
- If I wasn't ready, I would have lost my dream. You need to look at these players and take an example from them - work like them, or even twice as hard. Competition has never hurt anyone.
- Who is your role model among the world players in your position?
- Bayern Munich's Alfonso Davis. He has jet speed, great technique and passing.
