In the 90+2nd minute, the Ukrainian got into a tussle with the Magpies' 34-year-old Scottish midfielder Matt Ritchie. At first, Matt fouled Mykhailo, and after the referee's whistle, he kicked the ball away. Mudryk didn't like it. As a result, Ritchie was punished with a yellow card.
