At the start of the second half, both teams made tactical substitutions to bring new energy into their squads. On 61 minutes, Juventus replaced M. Locatelli with J. Nicolussi Caviglia, while Inter replaced Carlos Augusto with F. Dimarco. The game became increasingly violent, yellow cards were given to J. Cuadrado (Inter). Cuadrado (Inter) in the 75th minute and F. Kostic (Juventus) in the 79th minute.

The final whistle blew and the match ended in a 1-1 draw, leaving fans of both teams with mixed feelings. Both Juventus and Inter, although disappointed that they did not get all three points, could take solace in not being defeated. This exciting encounter demonstrated the high level of talent and rivalry in Serie A.
