The Executive Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association has approved the date, time and venue of the extraordinary XXVI Congress of the UAF and the agenda of the Congress, which was proposed by UAF members.
Based on the appeals of 32 UAF members and in accordance with the charter, the administration of the Ukrainian Football Association proposed to the members of the Executive Committee to hold an extraordinary Congress of the Ukrainian Football Association on 25 January 2024 at the Football House (Kyiv, starting at 12:00). The UAF Executive Committee approved this proposal.
By decision of the Executive Committee, the extraordinary XXVI Congress of the UAF will be held with the following agenda:
1. Election of the working bodies of the extraordinary XXVI UAF Congress.
2. On the recognition of the next reporting and election XXV Congress of the UAF as not taking place.
3. On the election of the UAF President.
4. On approval of the number of members of the UAF Executive Committee, UAF First Vice Presidents, UAF Vice Presidents.
5. On the election of the first vice-presidents of the UAF.
6. On the election of UAF Vice Presidents.
7. On the election of members of the UAF Executive Committee.
8. On the election of the UAF Audit Body.
9. On granting authority for state registration of changes to information about the UAF in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organisations.
10. On the election of UAF football justice bodies.
The Executive Committee instructed the UAF administration and the UAF Presidium to take all measures provided for by the UAF Statute to prepare and hold the extraordinary XXVI UAF Congress. Control over the implementation of this decision is entrusted to the First Vice President of the UAF Vadym Kostyuchenko.
The UAF Executive Committee also removed Yuriy Zapisotskyi from the post of UAF Secretary General "until another decision is made on this issue". Ihor Hryshchenko was appointed acting UAF Secretary General.
