The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at a meeting on 1 December instructed the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the Interior Ministry and security agencies to develop a procedure for admitting spectators to the stands during football matches and other sporting events in compliance with security conditions, according to the page of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine on Facebook.
"Now we are working together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, security agencies and regional military administrations to develop an algorithm that will make sporting events accessible and as safe as possible for spectators.
The Ministry of Youth and Sports draws attention to the fact that after agreeing on all details for the implementation of this solution, the Ministry will separately announce when spectators will be able to return to the stands," the Ministry said in a statement.
