On 2 December in Hamburg, the UEFA Executive Committee approved the system of prize money distribution for the teams participating in the final tournament of Euro 2024, which will take place in Germany from 14 June to 14 July.

The participation fee is €9.25 million, the match bonus is €1 million for a win and €500,000 for a draw, qualification for the 1/8 finals is €1.5 million, qualification for the quarterfinals is €2.5 million, qualification for the semifinals is €4 million, the vice-champions will receive an additional €5 million, and the UEFA EURO 2024 champions will receive €8 million. The maximum amount a champion team can receive if it wins all three group matches is €28.25 million.
