The match of the 16th round of the Ukrainian championship Minai vs Dynamo, which was supposed to take place today in Minai but was cancelled due to a prolonged air alert, still had some chances to be played.

In response to this, the hosts took the initiative to still hold the match and first of all approached the UAF delegate who was working at the meeting. He explained to the representatives of the Transcarpathian team that there are regulations, as well as an official decision to postpone the meeting, which, among others, was signed by the head coach of "Minaya" Zeljko Ljubenovic.
But these arguments did not stop the hosts - they tried to enter into direct negotiations with Dynamo on holding the officially cancelled match, but the Bilo-Syni were already heading to their bus and expectedly did not accept the hosts' proposal. The proposal of Transcarpathians to play a day later, on Monday, was not supported by Kyivians either: this option for Dynamo was excluded for the reason that the capital team has a postponed UPL match with Kharkiv Metalist 1925 scheduled for the next Thursday.
Interestingly, in this situation, the workers of the stadium "Minai" did extra work: they, driven by assurances that the match has a chance to be played, cleared the markings of the snow-covered field. But as a result, both Minaj and the stadium staff had to leave the arena.
