It is reported that Kostyshyn's agreement with Oleksandriya is for a year and a half - from 1 January 2024 to 31 May 2025.

Denys played for Oleksandriya in the autumn of the 2022/2023 season.

In December 2022, Kostyshyn became a player of El Paso Locomotive, a representative of the USL's second league. Kostyshyn played 34 matches for the American club and scored 4 goals and 4 assists.
