Former Ukraine midfielder Yevhen Levchenko, who now heads the Dutch footballers' union, has commented on the decision of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to admit Russian and Belarusian athletes under a neutral flag to the 2024 Olympics, which will be held in Paris.
