Ukrainian defender of English Bournemouth Ilya Zabarnyy is in the focus of attention of selectors of a number of leading European clubs on the eve of the winter transfer window.
Recently it was reported that the 21-year-old ex-Dynamo Kiev player is interested in Italian Milan and Inter, and now it became known that another famous club has a view on Zabarny.
As the Mirror reports, London-based Tottenham are interested in the Ukrainian, who, as it turns out, started to follow the player during his performances at Dynamo. At the crucial moment, Spurs lost the battle for Zabarnyy to Bournemouth, but kept plans to attract the defender to their ranks.
According to the publication, Zabarny is currently on Tottenham's shortlist. But the Londoners will only make such an acquisition during the winter transfer window if they fail to keep their centre-back Eric Dyer at the club.
