Even though I knew it, I once again got confirmation for myself that the most important thing for the fans is for the team to win. I agree that it is necessary to win, because the result is the most important thing. But the future of football itself as a social phenomenon, a sport and, if you like, a show - everything should not only be about the result. Perhaps the time will come when the quality of the game itself will be more important to people and fans will learn to understand football more and more deeply. Then the analysis will be different.
I repeat: I said "Bravo!" to the team, because they play football very seriously. The team plays football and has a difficult style. But it is a style that has a future. Of course, a lot of work needs to be done on the attacking end and things like that. There are moments that we need to refine and raise the level, but that's what we want. Why I said now I am very satisfied and we are all very happy.
Today we won absolutely in our style, having a huge advantage over our opponent, controlling the game, leading the game and managing everything on the pitch. We didn't score as much as we would have liked for such quality football, but thank God we won. This is a very important thing. Today we gave our fans both a victory and normal football. I'm not saying that the perfect football, but enough and good enough. And this pleases us. Today is a good football day for Chornomorets," Grigorchuk said at a press conference after the match with Kolos.
