At the first stage, the UPL press service interviewed Ukrainian sports websites, each of which named candidates in both nominations. After the votes were counted, the Premier League announced the four best players and coaches of the Ukrainian championship in November.
So, according to the survey, the following took part in the voting for the top footballer: Oleksandr Filippov (Dnipro-1), Ilya Kvasnytsia (Rukh), Denys Kuzyk (Kryvbas), and Volodymyr Brazhko (Dynamo).
The following took part in the voting for the top coach: Yurii Maksymov (Dnipro-1), Marino Pushich (Shakhtar), Oleksandr Shovkovskyi (Dynamo), Yurii Kalitvintsev (Polissia).
After the nominees were selected, the fans and everyone else could vote for the player and coach they considered to be the best in November.
According to the fans, Dynamo Kyiv won the award.
