Sidorchuk at Westerlo has a new head coach

Belgian side Westerlo, whose colours are defended by Ukrainian midfielder Serhiy Sidorchuk, has announced the appointment of a new head coach.

He became a domestic specialist Rika De Meel, known for his work with Brugge. This specialist signed a contract with "Westerlo" until the summer of 2026.

Recall, in early December, "Westerlo" fired his former mentor Jonas De Roeck because of unacceptable results of the team (14th place in the standings after 17 rounds).
