Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford did not play against Bayern Munich because of the norovirus, also known as "winter vomiting", the Daily Mail reports.

Thus, the striker did not help his team in the match against Bayern Munich and missed several training sessions. The Red Devils forward is currently doing well. He is preparing for the match against Liverpool.
We would like to add that norovirus infection can cause severe vomiting and diarrhoea that starts suddenly. Noroviruses are highly contagious and are most often spread in closed and crowded spaces. The source of the disease is contaminated food or water or contaminated surfaces, or close contact with an infected person.
