What are Polissia's longer-term goals? I have dreams in football, which are actually goals. Right now, I have a goal - a place on the medal podium and the Ukrainian Cup. What's next? European Cups. However, this is only a step, a logical continuation of the club's development. The most important thing, in my opinion, is when you contribute to the success of the country in top-level sports.
It seemed incredible that so many of our guys would play in the world's leading leagues. Not sitting on the sidelines, but playing! Now it is happening. Four years ago, our players won the World Youth Championship. I couldn't believe it, so we have to strive for victories at the highest level. When the national team of Ukraine becomes the world or European champion, and five Polissya players play in it, it will be the pinnacle of our work," Ukrainian Football quotes Butkevych as saying.
