Fluminense defender Marcelo, who used to play for Real Madrid, spoke about the importance of the Brazilian club in his life and also spoke about participating in the Club World Cup.

"Real Madrid is the most iconic team in the world, but Fluminense is my most important club because they made me who I am.

I was a kid when I joined Fluminense, and Fluminense is everything. To play with them at the Club World Cup is amazing," journalist Ben Jacobs quoted Marcelo as saying on his X social media page.
