Former Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Mohammed Kadiri is satisfied with his decision to continue his career in Azerbaijani club Araz-Nakhchivan at the beginning of the current season.
"I do not believe that the fact of my transfer to Araz-Nakhchivan can be called a decline in my career. On the contrary, the transition to the Azerbaijani Premier League is a step forward in my career, not backwards," Azerisport quoted Kadiri as saying.
Recall, Kadiri was a Dynamo player from the summer of 2019 to the autumn of 2022, but he failed to gain a foothold in the main squad of the Bilo-Syni. Moreover, the capital club gave the Ghanaian on loan three times. In early October 2022, Kadiri prematurely terminated his contract with Dynamo, after which he found a job in Tajikistan's Istiklol.
Last summer the midfielder moved to Azerbaijan. Since then, Kadiri took part in 15 matches of Araz Nakhchivan and has three goals to his credit.
