Rukh Lviv captain Marko Sapuga explained the reasons for the team's progress in the autumn part of the championship.
- "Perhaps at the beginning of the season, the opponents thought they were playing against youngsters and underestimated Rukh. But from the first matches we started to prove that we are a strong team. So now our opponents are tuning in to us more scrupulously and respect us and take us seriously. The element of underestimation has disappeared.
We finished the autumn part of the season in sixth place and this is a good result for us. At the current distance, Rukh stayed close to the group of leaders and demonstrated a bright and meaningful game, its own style. "Rukh is a young team and we still have a lot of work to do and things to improve. We are progressing and in the future we will be able to compete for high places in the Ukrainian championship," said the midfielder.
