- If we evaluate the autumn part of the season, then of course I am satisfied with the team. First of all, the results showed it. And this is the most important thing, no matter what anyone says. After the promotion, we feel comfortable, our rivals treat us with respect. That's why Polissia are now at ease.
- You played 9 matches and scored 2 goals. Are you satisfied with your personal statistics?
- Would I like to have more matches played and goals scored? Of course I would. Or am I satisfied with what I already have and how I helped the team achieve results with these goals and other actions? Of course, I am satisfied. So there is no definite answer here. Of course, I want more, but I appreciate the contribution I made to the team.
- In the match against Metalist 1925, you came on as a substitute, scored a goal and earned a penalty. Was it your best match in the autumn part?
- Yes, of course, I would call it the best match. Even if we put aside personal achievements, it was nice to help the team and make a significant contribution to the team's victory.
- From the second to the eighth round, you played all the matches on the bench. What was the reason for that?
- As trite as it may sound, it was because I was losing the competition. This is an absolutely normal thing in professional sports, it's worse when you don't have it in the team. And when it is, everyone benefits from it. Every player wants to become even better, so everyone develops, there are no problems with that. I lost the competition, but despite this, I worked hard and waited for my chance. I felt that the team would still need my help.
- Beni Makuana made a big impact at Polissia. What kind of a guy is he in person?
- Beni is no different from other legionnaires from exotic countries, so to speak. He is a good guy, a kind guy. He has his own gadgets, listens to music loudly. But if he shows the same results as in the autumn part of the championship, then I don't mind if he plays that music in my room.
- How do you like the current championship in general? Compared to the previous ones, has it become stronger?
- At least, there is Polissia in this championship, which I am sure is very interesting to watch. I hope that Ukrainian fans like our team. This championship is really interesting to watch because there are our regular giants: "Dynamo and Shakhtar, plus Dnipro-1, Polissia and Kryvbas. 5 teams are competing for the top positions and the density between them is maximum, what could be better for a Ukrainian fan? Perhaps this will be the most interesting football spring in Ukrainian football since independence.
- How are you spending your holidays? What does the individual programme consist of?
- There are no questions about the individual programme. We have great coaches who know how to prepare the team for the training camp. Right in the locker room after the last match, the physical training coaches handed out documents with a personal training programme for all days. With rest, with work, there is no need to think of anything, everything must be done according to the instructions. Personally, I plan my holidays in such a way that I spend time solving the problems that I couldn't get to during the season. They accumulate, they need to be resolved, and that's what you do on holiday. I haven't gone anywhere, I'm resting and training in Kyiv.
