The Spanish La Liga has not ignored the impressive performance of Girona's Ukrainian newcomer Artem Dovbik.
Artem DovbikThe 26-year-old striker moved to the club in early August from Dnipro 1 and had a really fast start in Spain. In the first half of the season Dovbik played 18 matches for Girona in all tournaments, scoring 11 goals and giving 6 assists.
The achieved performance indicators allow the Ukrainian now occupies the third place in the list of La Liga scorers (only Borja Majoral from Getafe (12) and Jude Bellingham from Real Madrid (13) have more goals. At the same time, Dovbik shares the first and second places with the mentioned Bellingham in the system "goal+pass": both players have 15 points.
