If each of them did not have confidence in the coaching staff and the management of FC Kryvbas, they would not have had such a rise. And it is very good that they understand each coach, the entire coaching staff, including me, and this really adds to the transfer value that they have at the moment.
I'm also very pleased with each of them, with their dedication and the work they show at every training session and league match. We met with them, talked to them, and set a goal that we should be a balanced, disciplined, cool team that wants to achieve something.
At the moment, we have not achieved anything yet, and we will see this achievement at the end of the championship. My players understand that every game in the next 13 rounds will be like a final for us. There is still work to be done, and we will strive for the best possible result. The coaches and I are confident that this is not the peak of the guys' game, that they can achieve even better results. I'm really counting on it.
The secret to working with players is, first of all, trust. Secondly, fruitful work in training: everyone worked very hard and did everything we wanted them to do. Now it's the same: we work hard and want to achieve the best results. We want to grow: they are professional footballers, and I and my coaching staff are coaches.
How do I assess the game and Kryvbas' first place in the first part of the season? I will answer briefly. It is much easier to achieve something. But it is more difficult to keep what you have already achieved. That's why everything is just beginning," Vernydub was quoted as saying by Kryvbas' official website.
