The Italian Football Federation has approved a system of national club licensing for next season, and an important item in it is a reaction to the fact that the Super League has won a court case against UEFA and FIFA, reports Calcio e Finanza.
According to the publication, all Serie clubs will have until 4 June 2024 to confirm in writing their refusal to participate in any competitions organised by private associations not recognised by UEFA, FIFA and the Italian Football Federation.
Failure to do so will result in non-admission for the 2024/25 season.
