Throughout 2023, fans determined the best players following the results of each official match, and then the month when Dynamo played official matches. Based on the team's performances throughout the year, ten players of the White and Blues were identified and included in the final vote among the fans. According to the results, the majority of votes (62%) went to striker Vladyslav Vanat. In total, more than 12 thousand fans took part in the survey.

As a reminder, at the end of 2021, the fans named Mykola Shaparenko the best player of the team, and in 2022, Vitalii Buyalskyi became the winner.
