According to the source, if the 25-year-old does not sign a new deal with the Parisians, he will lose a €80 million bonus. His current contract has a clause stating that if he extends the contract for another year, the player will receive additional funds.
As a reminder, Mbappe can negotiate with new clubs for a transfer from 1 January 2024. Now Kilian can enter into pre-contractual agreements to move in the summer as a free agent.
