Al Nasr striker Sadio Mane came to the opening of a football stadium in his home village of Bambali in Senegal.

In 2022, Mane played with village boys on a muddy and unkempt field in Bambali. Photos of that event went viral, and the Senegalese football star promised to build a stadium for the residents of his home village at his own expense.

Mane kept his word by visiting the new stadium on the eve of the African Cup of Nations.
