Dynamo midfielder Mikkel Duelund, who is currently playing on loan at Aarhus, may continue his career in Denmark.
Mikkel Duelund. Photo: GettyimagesAccording to Aarhus sporting director Stig Inge Bjornebier, the club expects that after Duellund's agreement with Dynamo, which runs until the summer of 2024, is finalised, the player will sign a full-fledged contract with Aarhus.
- It's hard for me to answer, but technically, Duelund will be without an agreement in the summer. The plan is for him to continue with us, but we are not 100 per cent in control, but the contract technically expires, so I don't see any problems right now. It's a plan for both of us. Recall, Duelund played nine matches for Aarhus this season, but then got injured and was operated on. It is expected that the Dane will be back in action in the spring.
