Griezmann overtakes Aragonés to become the best scorer in Atletico's history

French striker Antoine Griezmann has become the top scorer in the history of Atletico Madrid. In the semi-final match of the Spanish Super Cup, the forward scored a goal against Real Madrid (3:5 extra time).

According to AS, this goal was Griezmann's 174th in all competitions for Atletico, putting him at the top of the club's all-time scoring list. Antoine surpassed Luis Aragonés, who previously held the record with 173 goals.
