- Let me give you my opinion. There were certain contractual terms that the club and the players agreed on. Given the standings, the management understands that it will be very difficult to stay in the UPL, although there are always chances. As far as I understood, the management decided not to leave the players with big contracts, because it will still be very difficult to keep their residence. Therefore, they will build a combat-ready team with an attempt to get into the transition matches, and if not, quickly return from the first league to the UPL. This is my opinion.
- Who do you think has made the most progress in the team?
- Now everyone is talking about Yegor Tverdokhlib. He was very lucky to get to Minaj under Volodymyr Sharan, who believed in him, invited him from Girnyk-Sport - not a top team in the first league - and gave him a chance. He really wanted to leave for a more ambitious team in the summer and when he stayed, he was a bit depressed. That prevented him from opening up well in this first round, as he did last season.
- Who else would you like to mention?
- It's a shame that Nazar Vorobchak got injured - "crosses". The guy from Prykarpattia has crazy speed. He is very promising. I will also mention Eldar Kuliyev - he has made great progress and moved to Zira. Oleg Gorin received an invitation from Dnipro-1 for a reason. He is young, but has great potential. He just got into a team where he needs to compete for a position with players of the Ukrainian national team level - Svatko and Sarapiy.
- How would you describe Zeljko Lubenovic's coaching ideas ?
- I worked with him for three weeks and I can say that, first of all, he tried to achieve relaxation in the players. He came and asked us to forget all the negative things that had happened before, to come to training not thinking that everything was over at the end. In general, he wants to play fast and combinational football.
