"Hajduk and Neftchi are fighting for Shakhtar's winger

Croatian Hajduk are interested in Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Oleksiy Kashchuk, Index.hr reports.

According to the newspaper, Hajduk started to follow the 23-year-old Pitmen's winger since the summer, and now they intend to formalise his transfer in the winter transfer window.

At the same time, Azerbaijan's Neftchi are serious competition for the Croatian side: the club offered Kaszczuk a contract with such an impressive salary that he is leaning towards this option to continue his career.

We would like to add that the player is bound to Shakhtar by a contract that runs until the end of the current season.
