"Tottenham are preparing a new offer for Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher in time for the close of the January transfer window, Football Insider reports.

This season, Gallagher has played 20 matches in the Premier League for Chelsea, in which he made four assists. His current contract runs until 30 June 2025.
