As previously reported, Dinamo Zagreb's Croatian midfielder Martin Baturina is one of Shakhtar Donetsk's main transfer targets during the winter intermission.

According to Sport.ua, Shakhtar are ready to offer €12m for Baturina. But Dinamo Zagreb, in addition to this, want another 20-30 per cent of the further resale of the player, which does not suit the Ukrainian club.
