Dynamo responded to Tribuna.com 's request for information about the mobilisation reservations of the club's players and staff.
"Dynamo FC's players who are liable for military service (i.e. those over 27 years of age), as well as some of our club's other employees, are booked in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
FC Dynamo has been recognised as an enterprise critical to the functioning of the economy in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 76 dated 27 January 2023. This document defines in detail the right, mechanism and procedure for booking some of the employees of our company, or any other company that has the status of a critical enterprise.
It should be noted that on 17 May 2023, the Order of the Ministry of Sports of Ukraine recognised FC Dynamo as meeting four (out of the three required) criteria of a critical enterprise. The indicators on the basis of which this decision was made include the amount of taxes paid, the level of wages at the club, the absence of unified social contribution arrears and the importance for the national economy sector in the field of physical culture and sports," the response said.
