"West Ham have confirmed the transfer of their midfielder Pablo Fornals to Betis for €8 million.
Negotiations for Fornals continued until the close of the winter transfer window, and at first it seemed that the parties failed to complete Pablo's move in time.
But, as in the case of Said Benrahma's departure to Lyon, after an investigation, FIFA gave the go-ahead for the transfer.
As a result, Fornals signed a contract with Betis until June 2029. Fornals spent four and a half seasons at West Ham, scoring 23 goals in 203 games. Last campaign, the 27-year-old Spaniard won the Conference League with the Hammers.
