The forward of the Spanish "Girona" Artem Dovbyk will undergo an additional medical examination, according to the TaToTake telegram channel.

Sports doctor Dmytro Babeliuk exclusively explains what this could mean:
"Fluid in the knee is always a reaction to an injury. It can be of two types - inflammatory (which is most likely Dovbyk's case) and bloody (which, for example, occurs when the crosses are torn and serious injuries occur). Basically, it's nothing super complicated: an injury happens, fluid forms and accumulates in the joint cavity or joint bags.
If the injury is simple and the knee is functional, and the only thing that is worrying is the swelling fluid, then it is punctured with a syringe and the player returns to work in a few days.
The latest example is Jarrod Bowen from West Ham. Just a month ago, there was a similar situation, a reaction to a simple injury, fluid in the knee. It was taken away and Bowen started playing in about 10 days."
It is reported that Dovbyk's final diagnosis will be determined tomorrow at the latest, after Artem undergoes additional examinations.
