As previously reported, the Ukrainian striker of Belgian Brugge Roman Yaremchuk, who is currently playing on loan at Spanish side Valencia, would like to stay in his current team on a full-time basis. However, the prospects of such a development of the situation still look very vague.
The lease term of the 28-year-old footballer is until the end of the current season. At the same time, as it turned out, the lease agreement does not contain a clause stipulating the possibility for Valencia to buy out the transfer rights to Yaremchuk.
Thus, even if the Spanish club want to keep the Ukrainian, they will have to enter into full negotiations with Brugge on such a transfer without any connection to the current lease of the striker.
We would like to add that Yaremchuk's contract with Brugge runs until the summer of 2026. According to Transfermarkt, the current transfer value of the player is €3m.
