Catalan "Girona" faced serious personnel problems on the eve of the most important match of the Spanish championship against Real Madrid.
As reported by Marca, the disciplinary committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation left in force the punishment for the coach of "Girona" Micheal Sanchez, who argued with the referee during the match with Real Sociedad and, as a result, was removed.
Sanchez is now suspended for two matches and will only attend games against Real Madrid and Athletic in the stands.
It is also known that the disciplinary committee did not satisfy the club's appeal against yellow cards to defender Daley Blind and midfielder Yangel Herrera. Both players will also not play against Real Madrid.
Recall, the match "Real" - "Girona" will be held on Saturday, 10 February. The start of the meeting - at 19:30.
