The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has unveiled the medals for the 2024 Olympic Games to be held in Paris.

Regardless of whether they are gold, silver or bronze, they will all contain a portion of the metal that was once part of the Eiffel Tower, the IOC reports.

The Ukrainian national football team will take part in the Olympics for the first time in the history of the Games.
