Manchester United head coach Eric ten Hag has stressed the importance of qualifying for the Champions League this season.

"Playing in the Champions League is very important, we don't even need to discuss it. The club will have more financial opportunities if it qualifies for the Champions League. That is our goal," the Daily Mail quoted ten Hag as saying.

After 24 rounds of the English Championship, the Red Devils are sixth in the standings with 41 points.
