Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta praised Declan Rice's impact on the Gunners' game in the Premier League match against West Ham (6-0) on Matchday 24.

"I'm very happy with him, the match against West Ham was special for Declan. He loves West Ham so much, but in this game he needed to focus on his task, which he did," Arteta was quoted as saying by the Gunners' press service.

It will be recalled that in the summer of 2023, Rice moved from West Ham to Arsenal for €110 million.
