Famous Ukrainian TV presenter Igor Tsyganik commented on the statement made by the head coach of the Ukrainian national team, Serhiy Rebrov, to commentator Viktor Vatsko.

He has enough time to encourage some players to sign with only one football agency, but he doesn't have time to respond to certain bloggers' remarks.
