The first match of the 2023/2024 Conference League play-off round Betis (Spain) - Dynamo (Zagreb, Croatia), which will take place on 15 February in Seville, will be refereed by a Ukrainian team of referees.

Микола Балакін

Mykola Balakin will act as the main referee. He will be assisted on the lines by Oleksandr Berkut and Dmytro Zaporozhenko. Viktor Kopiyevsky will act as the fourth referee, and Kateryna Monzul will act as an assistant to Italian BAA referee Maurizio Mariani.
