"Dnipro-1 have fully repaid the debt to their former head coach Ihor Jovicevych, a well-known Ukrainian TV commentator Ihor Tsyganyk has said.

According to the source, in the near future the documents on the debt repayment will be submitted to FIFA, after which the transfer ban should be lifted from the Dnipro club, due to which Dnipro-1, in particular, cannot announce for the season its newcomer, midfielder Oleh Ocheretko, who is on loan from Shakhtar Donetsk until the end of the current season.
