Barcelona head coach Javi Hernandez believes he made the right decision to leave the club after the end of the season.

"This decision was necessary. The team and the club need changes. The team has taken a step forward. Sometimes we played better. This is the right decision," Marca quoted Xavi as saying.

After 25 rounds of the Spanish La Liga, Barcelona is third in the standings, eight points behind the leading Real Madrid.
