According to the source, Mudrick has really fallen out of favour with the team's head coach Mauricio Pochettino in recent times. The winger has not played a minute in either of the Blues' last two matches in the Premier League and has not featured in the starting line-up since the 2-1 win over Crystal Palace at the end of December.
It is known that Chelsea have already discussed Mudryk's move to another club on loan this coming summer. The Ukrainian is losing the battle for a place in the line-up to Raheem Sterling, Cole Palmer and Noni Madueke. In recent matches, Nicholas Jackson is still playing in this position.
If the situation doesn't change before the end of the season and Mudrick fails to improve his game, he will have to go on loan to another club. Thus, Chelsea want the player to have more playing time, which will allow him to gain experience.
