Arsenal London and Ukraine national team defender Oleksandr Zinchenko has expressed his opinion on the role of leaders in the team.

That is what happened in the Ukrainian national team on and off the pitch, and we have the same situation at Arsenal.
I think I look at the word 'leader' a little bit deeper than other words. A leader can be a guy who doesn't play in the team regularly, but given his attitude to the team, it would be much more difficult without him," Zinchenko said in an interview with Arsenal's official website.
