Pankiv may end his career as a footballer already in the summer

The oldest member of the UPL championship, 39-year-old Ruh goalkeeper Yuriy Pankiv cannot help the Lviv team yet due to a recurrence of a finger injury.

As it became known to Sport.ua, the veteran has a valid contract with "Rukh" until 30 June 2024, and if in the near future will not be able to overcome the problems with the return to the formation, will have to make a decision on the completion of his football career.

By the way, "Ruh" is not against Yuriy Pankiv to stay in the structure of the club, we are talking about working as a selector or goalkeeper coach.

Yuriy Pankiv has played for Lviv, Desna, Niva Ternopil, Metalurh Donetsk, Kamensk Steel, Oleksandriya and Rukh. The goalkeeper has also been called up to the Ukrainian national team on a number of occasions.
